I absolutely loved your eating plan for this 5-day fast - we ate real, delicious food and though it was, of course, low-calorie amounts I never really felt deprived or hungry (after the 1st day). The avocado and olives were wonderful "treats" for breakfast and lunch. I appreciated Anna's comment that her husband never felt hungry either, but that they were measuring his ketones and he was in the fasting state.
