Recently I had the honor of educating my friend, Jin-Sun, about the power of plant-based nutrition that jumpstarted her weight loss and healing journey. We teamed up and did a few challenges together and I can't tell you how amazing it is to witness Jin's transformation and see her so happy.

Hi, I'm Jamie Ryder. I earned two certifications from the most notable educators in the plant-based space (eCornell and the Center for Nutrition Studies, and the McDougall Program's Starch Solution). The knowledge from these programs have healed people all over the world and I'm honored to share the most interesting and important parts with you.
