Sauteed Salt & Pepper Broccolini

Serves 2-4


  • 1 stalk of fresh broccolini

  • 1-2 tbsp water (optional: 1 tbsp oil)

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Wash and prep broccolini, cutting and discarding the ends that may be too tough to eat, then cutting the rest into desired portion sizes

  2. Heat pan and saute with water (or oil) for 3-5 minutes, mixing as needed

  3. For more tenderness, cover with a lid for 2 minutes

  4. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
