Tofu Egg, Tater Tot & Sausage Breakfast Burrito

A perfect handheld meal designed for breakfast and great for any time of the day.

Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup Tofu Egg Scramble (tofu, turmeric, black salt, pepper)

  • 1/4 cup Gardein's Beefless Ground

  • Prepackaged tater tots (approximately 8)

  • Potato & Onion Cheese sauce

  • Handful fresh cilantro

  • 1/4 cup purple cabbage

  • Flour tortilla

  • Optional: hot sauce like Tapatio


  1. Make Potato & Onion Cheese sauce

  2. Make Tofu Egg Scramble by pan frying, then adding turmeric, black salt, and freshly ground pepper.

  3. Sauté Gardein Beefless Ground (omit if you prefer an oil-free burrito).

  4. Bake tater tots according to package instructions.

  5. Wash and roughly chop fresh cilantro.

  6. Wash and chop purple cabbage.

  7. Warm tortilla (microwave in 30 second intervals until heated through)

  8. Assemble burrito by laying tortilla flat and adding all ingredients

  9. Roll into burrito and enjoy!
