Mark your calendar
Clear your week of any breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drink dates. (Unless you're prepared to be out in the wild while fasting!)

Have your food ready
I like to grocery shop the day before a fast, so the food is as fresh as possible, with the exception of avocados (buy 2-3 days in advance) and bananas, too, if you're using the Sofia menu.
