Our founder, Jamie Ryder, created plant52 to develop what she believes to be the most important habit of our time - eating better. It's something that's helped her take care of herself and her little family the best way she knows how - through the power of plants.
We're certified in plant-based nutrition from the leading educators in this field - T Colin Campbell, MD and John McDougall, MD. We're not vegans or political about it, we're just girls who want to have fun 🎶 and consistently develop better habits because we know that keeps us happy and well.
We love to empower people to develop healthy habits and we're just getting started.
✨ Cooking for A Better Life ✨ is a beginner course launching this Winter that guides hungry people on their transition to a mostly plant-based diet. Change is hard yet very possible (and probable!) with well-organized, practical shortcuts guiding the way.
