HI 👋 I'M JAMIE
Twelve years ago, I knew nothing about human nutrition. Today, I’ve transformed my health through science-backed habits—achieving optimal metabolic health in a world where unfortunately less than 10% of Americans can say the same.
I get it - change is hard. Consistency is hard. Navigating credible nutrition info, partying 🍕🍷🍩, and forming good habits in our world today isn’t easy but it's doable and everything starts to change for the better.
I'm proud to serve as the GM and plant-based coach for our club. I'm here to help you break free from the idea that healthy eating is miserable. In our dojo of wellness, we take it slow and steady, learning how to nourish our bodies while loving our food 🍚🫘🥬. It’s not about deprivation—it’s about vitality, fun, and measurable health improvements (hello, better bloodwork!).
Through life-changing education from certificates in plant-based nutrition and applying the plant52 framework, I'm able to maintain my strong health because of my wellness habits (even though they're not perfect). Alison is our mindfulness coach, known for her insightful journaling workshops that guide us to shift our mindset and mood, process emotions, and discover our inner wisdom.
Through thought-provoking prompts, she helps illuminate what truly matters to us, including our goals and core values.
Alison is a brilliant and compassionate guide, holding space for personal transformation, and empowering us to reflect and gain clarity in ways that have a lasting impact on our lives. She is a catalyst for deep, meaningful change who's affected my life in profound ways. I'm excited for her to do the same for you.

Marlene is our yoga guide, renowned for her ability to teach people to become fluent in their bodies.
A certified yoga instructor, Marlene focuses on strength, mobility, and discipline, helping us tap into our fullest potential.
With her expertise, she leads us through practices that not only enhance physical capabilities but also cultivate mindfulness, including how to instantly manage pain and stress through the power of ujjayi (ooh-j-eye) breath.
Marlene’s teachings are approachable, transformative, and fun. I'm thrilled to have one of the best yoga guides take us to a new level of strength and empowerment.
