Mon, Jan 13 to Fri, Jan 17: Daily group fast calls from 9-9:30 am PST.
 
FEBRUARY
Sat, Feb, 1: Club call on Zoom where I'll teach a deeper dive lesson on weight loss including the safest ways to do so; how to do it quickly versus slowly; and how to keep it off for good. I'll include a fun way to integrate our learnings too! You'll learn about specific foods that help or hurt weight loss journeys.

Sat, Mar, 1: Club call on Zoom where we'll unpack lessons about gut health.
