The Club: Slow and Steady for Lifelong Vitality

We're excited to open the doors to our club!

As a member of our club, here's what's possible for you:

  • Lose stubborn body weight if you're carrying extra weight that isn't serving you, particularly visceral fat which is the fat surrounding our organs. We love fitting into our favorite jeans again like a glove!
  • Lowering visceral fat is associated with lower risks of all chronic diseases. Since our members eat a greater diversity of whole plant foods, their gut health improves which affects all aspects of health, including stronger immune systems, better brain health, and so much more.
  • Navigate the nutrition landscape with much more ease while being able to easily identify what's closer to fact and what fiction no one should waste their time or energy on. 
  • More energy from natural remedies that work. Basic and yet so powerful, eating more whole plant foods, strengthening core areas of the body like our legs and abs, and recalibrating our goals and core values can change everything.
  • Our time commitment together is only one monthly online group coaching call, plus members get a weekly email that shepherds them through this life-enhancing adventure, as well as regular contact through our all-in-one platform. We don't just 'hold space' for members (though that is incredibly powerful), we move members and work through our curriculum together

Members upgrade their self-care to a mastery level by practicing it slowly, methodically, and in good company. Our club includes guidance on wholistic wellness for body, mind, and spirit through nutrition education, strength training yoga, and mindfulness exercises. 

Each week will include a challenge to fully integrate the learnings - to eat one additional whole plant food.

To create a space where members can slowly and steadily develop their ultimate self-care routine, discovering their inner strength and reigniting their personal power, all while being supported by a strong community connection.

KEY FEATURES

1. Personalized Health Journey

  • A 52-week program that helps you discover and cultivate your best self-care routine.
  • Experimentation with eating a variety of whole plant foods to nourish yourself on a deep, cellular level.
  • Practice refining your self-care rituals and over the weeks and months, it'll become your second nature.

2. Holistic Wellness Approach

  • Nutrition: Learn and clear up confusion around some of the most popular topics today that directly affect you and your loved ones. 
  • Strength Training: Focus on building muscle to ensure lasting health and vitality. Muscles help burn extra body fat, digest, and act as a "glucose sink" allowing carbs to better digest and absorb.
  • Learn ujjai (ooh-j-eye) breathing to manage stress and improve overall well-being.

3. Mindfulness & Mental Health

  • Wellness sessions to illuminate what's standing in our way to achieving our goals through insightful journal prompts - this is a game-changer.
  • These sessions immediately shift moods from feeling unmotivated to feeling awe, abundance, and deep gratitude.

 4. Community & Support

  • Monthly virtual meetups for group coaching and nutrition education.
  • Weekly email communications to educate, inspire, and excite action.
  • TBA: In-person parties and/or travel trips for deeper connection and celebration.
