Movement that supports your physical and cognitive health - without overwhelm. Exercise is fertilizer for the brain. I like to move first, then tackle the mental work - but any movement is a win, at any time.

Sleep is a foundational health tool - not an afterthought. Rest isn't lazy - it's when your body repairs, your brain flushes out waste products, and your habits get stronger through deepening neural pathways.

Plant-forward eating for real life health - not perfectionism - because that's what the research shows prevents and reverses chronic disease.
